LATE REGISTRATION BEGINS

Our merchandise vendor needs our order earlier due to turnaround time, so although we had to open our late registration a week earlier than planned, we are not charging a $25 late fee to compensate for this last minute change. There is no merchandise orders on this form however, since we had to turn in our order. Some extras will be ordered to sell later (TBD).

Congratulations Splashers! 

It's time to celebrate another season of hard work (athletes and volunteers alike!)

  • Kona Ice, beverages and treats from our snack shack will be provided by Splashers. 
  • You are welcome to bring a picnic dinner for your family or you can pre-order from Chi'Lantro Food Truck and they will deliver the dinners to the park. 
  • We will have an awards ceremony so bring your chairs, blankets etc.
  • We will take a team picture taken so wear your team swim suit. 
  • The pool will be open for swimming.
  • Our coaches have been amazing this season so let’s show them how much we appreciate them! We will collect cash, checks and credit card for our coaches' bonuses during the party. If you are not able to attend and would like to contribute, please reach out [email protected]

All orders will be sealed and packaged prior to us arriving at your neighborhood, therefore all pre-orders need to be placed by 12pm the day of the event.

LAKE HILLS @ WESTWOOD (9 & OVER ONLY - MEDAL MEET)
Westwood Country Club
Start: 7:00 PM
Warm-up: 6:00 PM
End: 9:40 PM (estimated)

Start Time is going to be asap based on getting first group out and second group warmed up, so assume earlier than 7 and be patient please.

DIRECTIONS

Age groups are split into two separate meets...sign up your athletes as appropriate. WW will want the parents/athletes from the first half cleared out before the second can begin.

SET UP LOCATION

  • The visiting team swimmers will set up on the shaded grassy area outside the pool bathhouses (grass area between the parking lot and the pool gate entrance).
  • Please bring tarps or towels for your mat areas—no tents please.
  • Your team spectators will have the north side pool deck area (near the baby pool).
  • AHSL covid protocols: If not vaccinated, adults must wear a mask at all times unless seated, eating or drinking.

FOOD/BEVERAGE

  • Payment options: CASH for all concessions.
  • Thursday we will have dinner and bar set up in the visitor spectator area
  • Drinks: Self-serve drink stations for water and coffee will be on the visitor side of the pool. Westwood Hospitality Volunteers will also be delivering water to volunteers that are working.

PARKING

Parking is limited and restricted to Westwood families only. Park on 35th Street. Please abide by any posted restrictions. Laguna Gloria and Mayfield Park are not available for our use and towing is enforced. We are also unable to park on Mount Bonnell. They will tow and ticket from there too. We will have a golf cart to assist people back and forth to the property. Thank you for your understanding.

RESTRICTED AREAS

  • Ready bench is for swimmers only.
  • Timer tent and finish line are very crowded areas and should be limited to swimmers only.
  • Computer tent should have limited parent traffic. If there are questions related to times, results, or DQs, communicate with Presidents.
  • Roped off area must be kept clear for the starter.
  • For covid protocols this year, we have split the pool area in half. Lanes 1-3 and the north side of the pool (by the baby pool)are for the visiting team. Westwood will have lanes 4-6 and the south side of the pool. Please stay in designated areas to help with social distancing.
