DIRECTIONS

Age groups are split into two separate meets...sign up your athletes as appropriate. WW will want the parents/athletes from the first half cleared out before the second can begin.

SET UP LOCATION

• The visiting team swimmers will set up on the shaded grassy area outside the pool bathhouses (grass area between the parking lot and the pool gate entrance). 
• Please bring tarps or towels for your mat areas—no tents please. 
• Your team spectators will have the north side pool deck area (near the baby pool). 
• AHSL covid protocols: If not vaccinated, adults must wear a mask at all times unless seated, eating or drinking.

FOOD/BEVERAGE

• Payment options: CASH for all concessions.
• Thursday we will have dinner and bar set up in the visitor spectator area
• Drinks: Self-serve drink stations for water and coffee will be on the visitor side of the pool. Westwood Hospitality Volunteers will also be delivering water to volunteers that are working.

PARKING

Parking is limited and restricted to Westwood families only. Park on 35^th Street. Please abide by any posted restrictions. Laguna Gloria and Mayfield Park are not available for our use and towing is enforced. We are also unable to park on Mount Bonnell. They will tow and ticket from there too. We will have a golf cart to assist people back and forth to the property. Thank you for your understanding.

RESTRICTED AREAS

• Ready bench is for swimmers only. 
• Timer tent and finish line are very crowded areas and should be limited to swimmers only.
• Computer tent should have limited parent traffic. If there are questions related to times, results, or DQs, communicate with Presidents.
• Roped off area must be kept clear for the starter.
• For covid protocols this year, we have split the pool area in half. Lanes 1-3 and the north side of the pool (by the baby pool)are for the visiting team. Westwood will have lanes 4-6 and the south side of the pool. Please stay in designated areas to help with social distancing.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

PARKING: Due to on-going golf tournament, all spots inside the gate are for ACC members. We need to park along Long Champ Drive outside of the ACC security gate. Shuttles will be running.

PARENT ATTENDANCE: ACC will be limiting swimmers to one parent/guardian accompanying their swimmers to the swim meet. If one parent is volunteering at the swim meet then another parent/guardian may accompany their swimmers. Non swimming siblings are not permitted to attend.

ACC will be following all AHSL Swim Meet Protocols and CDC guidelines - fully vaccinated individuals can resume activities without a mask.

VISITING TEAM AREA: On the lawn adjacent to the tennis courts and SportsCenter parking lot. Keep an eye on your kids as this is near the street. Our Ready Bench will be near the baby pool.

FOOD & DRINKS: Cabana will be open for grab and go items - cash/charge only. Per league bi-laws, volunteers must remain alcohol free.

Due to weather we are changing our second Intrasquad into a mock meet during practice. 

(Only Stroke Judges needed)

Parents: Same practice rules apply if you stick around - Stay on the grass or outside the gate, away from the ready bench deck, and no coaching. We've got the best coach in Austin and her trustee coaching team, so sit back, enjoy the break and let them do their job. :-)

WARM-UP TIMES BY AGE GROUP:

• 4:45-4:50: 8&Unders (7/8s - lanes 1-3, 6&unders - lanes 4-6)
• 4:50-5:00: 9/10s (same lanes as practice)
• 5:00-5:15: 11&Up (same lanes as practice)

This is a practice meet with our team only. This meet gives new athletes a chance to get use to the progression of a swim meet, and parent volunteers a chance to understand the role they will play in each meet. Keep in mind, this meet may need to start/stop as needed, so please be patient.

NOTE: ATHLETE'S MOVING UP FROM 9-10 GROUP WILL NOW SWIM 50s IN ALL INDIVIDUAL EVENTS BUT FLY, SO DON'T BE SURPRISED THAT YOU SEE "NT" THE FIRST TIME YOU SIGN UP FOR FREE, BACK, BREAST.
